here's a funny story~
Today on a crowded train I was standing in the middle w/ nothing to grab on to, and when the train shifted I stepped on one business man and grabbed on to another one. But I was so worried about apologizing to the stepped on man, I didn't realize I was still grabbing the other guy's suit, hahaha, so I said sumimasen, to both of them in turn, probably really loudly since I was wearing my earphones, so then I felt like 5 times more embarrassed since lots of ppl turned around to look at me. And when ppl look at u here, they give u the "look over". I felt like hrm, an awkward alien ^_^
Luckily I was getting off at the next stop,... which is where I discovered that I had lost my commuter's pass which I had just bought recently, and the station attendants don't reemburse u, even tho they can cancel the old card... that's dumb, so now I have to pay another 80 bucks -_-;;
OTHER than that, myai've been practicing the Git'tar lots and I can hardly wait til I meet my gitaa sensei on Tues, and he'll b all like, "Oh Shraa, u b soo Num. 1's~!" and i'll b like "myresh, franks a billion!"
Feeling shmart is probably like the most rewarding experience (disregarding ideals like "love" and "charity"). I got hit on by a guy that works in a restraunt when I went there a 2nd time w/ a female friend he asked where my male friend from 2 weeks ago was. Which made me giggle self-appreciatively ^-^
Then an administrator in the elevator at my school engaged me in convo and he was like ah, ur nihongo isa soo naise~, and when I was like oh, no no *modest*, I have much to learn, he was like oh, my, saying such things at ur level, u silly~ ^o- *chortle*
Then mya teacher told the whole class that I was actually a blond Japanese person b/c of my goood language abilities and love of nipponbashi and karaoke.
Sweet, but I do hope someone turns in my commuter pass...
