Before I go to sleep, I would like to say a little something.

I really, *really* enjoy sparring at kung fu. I learn my strengths and my weaknesses. Where I need to focus more power or more speed. Can I really kick that high? Forearm blocking is the best. It's also a measure of balance and control. It is a skill. Can I judge where my opponent is open and strike them there before they have a chance to block. Are yI myself open. Am I going to get my ass kicked? Is this person playing a little too rough for no contact sparring? I hope that doesn't hurt tomorrow. Wow, I didn't know I could do that. I need to get some sparring gear soon....
