Here Comes The Sun.
So.
Work has been really fucking dead lately. I dunno if I ever explained this (who cares.) but I have recently moved from the customer services department of Tmobile, to the upgrades department...
Woopdi-fuckin-doo.
Honestly, it's waaaaaay better than cust services, cuz over there you fuckin bust a nut doin everything you can and get fuck all for it. In upgrades, you get BONUSES. At first we were just on secondment which means WE CAN SHOVE YOU BACK INTO THAT CESSPIT ANYTIME SO YOU BETTER BE FUCKIN GOOD. MOFOS. Turns out we were pretty good though, top of the department actually, even though we'd only been there for three months. LAWL. Totally not even trying, biatches. While I've been in this department, moving from part time to full time, I've earned nearly £1500 more than I did in cust services...........
Needless to say, this is pretty awesome. So we got it confirmed that we're getting to stay doing this.
... woot.
And while those guys are getting humped, upgrades has been ridiculously, ludicrously quiet. As in, 15 minutes between calls quiet. As in, I've finished two books in the last two weeks cause I can read between calls quiet. As in, I've played about 30 games of solitaire on my phone in the last 2 days, quiet. Yeah. It's pretty easy fuckin goin tbh.
Part of me feels bad. Most of me doesn't give a fuck. And it ain't gonna last, so I'm enjoying it while I can.
In the meantime I also realised that proofreading course I was doing has to be done by the 25th of April. EEP. I really like it, but as usual I just fuckin procrastinated it to death. Luckily! it turns out it was pretty easy and I finished most of it over two days. I've just got to send away some assignments and then I'm done, though the grammar questions are killing me! Never have I thought so intensely about the placement of a fucking comma -_- when someone tells you 'there is an error in this sentence' and then gives you a sentence that is perfectly fucking acceptable to any regular human being, you've pretty much just gotta wing it.
In other news, I'm still planning on going to Japan, and am in the process of talking myself into buying a home study Japanese course. I'm sure it will go just as well as the proofreading thing ¬_¬ ahem.
Also, we went on a team night out to the quiz in Text and I'm actually kind of drunk. CAN YOU TELL. Only cause I said 'fuck' so much right?
Oh yeah! And there's a girl called Lyndsey Donald in my team now whos goin out with Mick, and knows loads of you folk from the good old days! Random ^_^ I get my gossip from her now, nostalgia central man.
Um. That's pretty much it. I'm gonna go watch some Criminal Minds now.
