S - for Screw. Swearing, maybe some vague sex.
F - for Fuck. Contains an explicit sex scene somewhere.

PS: the ratings are weighed more on sexytimes than violence/swearing. I just don't see fictional violence/swearing as all that noteworthy. I mean, no one really cares so long as the sex is separate from the non-sex, right? And if you do care that much...stay tuned for the PPS.
PPS: I'm not sure what constitutes as warning-worthy these days. You should be aware of that before you look at a fic and go "Oh good, no warnings, this should be alriAHHHHH". But I'll warn on a If You Have To Think About It, Then Do It perspective.
