just home from the doctor a while ago.
and just off the phone from meaghan & matthew <3
god, i hate doctors visits.
and i dont like my doctor. except she has a super cool accent. hahh. its true.
ummm.
hmm.. what did she say?
well. i had to be weighed and measured and shit
and im 5'4 & 98 pounds. nice shawna. thats a bmi of 16.8
which is apparently insane. its upposed to be 18.5 at least.
so i have to go on a stupid diet plan.
wooo...what fun.
ummm.
other than that we just talked and wrote down stuff and it made me insanely paranoid.
she showed me it all afterwards. isnt that like... not good? showing someone their crazy insight into their problems...not the best solution...
anyways. her analysis...well, what i can remember from it:
- my grades are dropping crazily so this shows im crazy stressed and not focusing
- "beginning to notice change in my socialbility" - did anyone ever think the day would come when someone would call me "quiet & withdrawn"?! haha. wtf.
- insomnia. yeah. thats not good.
ummm...
- severe anxiety. yes i am crazy.
- extreme loss of energy. yes i am tired.
- malnourishment. im clinically underweight. waaaay underweight. and im going to die. woo. that sounds fun.
okay. youre all going to laugh at this one:
- increased sexual drive. HAHAHAHAH.
- high distractibility. well..we always knew that.
- extreme paranoia? wtf.
- "speech very fast, jumping from one idea to another very quickly" - whats wrong with that?
other words she used? denial. guilt. emptiness. hopelessness. oh gee. those are real pick me up words.
basically im stressing out too much. im completely overwhelmed and ive got to keep all drama/stress to a minimum. or else i get increased chances of cancer! oh joy.
im should be talking medication, or so says my doctor. lithium? wtf. a mood stabilizer. which (coincidentily?) causes weight gain. yeah right. im not talking that. isnt lithium like an element in the periodic table?? skkkketchy...
