So, that was the last time I'd be at States. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't leave it with a bang. I messed up a lot in that run. But I can't dwell on that forever. Today I will though. Probably until tonight when I just have to forget how sad I am. I've wondered for 3 years why I joined colorguard. There are people on the guard that I loathe. The practices killed me, physically and mentally. I put a lot of time into it. But in the end, I love everyone in that band. Truly. I may not like someone. Or even dislike them. But we went through so much together. I'm gonna have to just realize it's over. Band-A-Rama is gonna be amazing this year.
But I need to focus on getting a job. I need to get ready for the winterguard auditions so I make SAWG. I need to...just do lots of stuff.
Hopefully tonight is fun.
And I can't wait for Christmas.
