Earlier I saw this photo
with the caption
"These people are in their 50s now. Whatever happened to marching in the streets?"
More appropriately, these people are going into their sixties, as are my aunts, uncles and darling parents. And the caption is entirely legitimate. What happened to these people who actually cared about things? What happened to rioting and screaming and bleeding for your country instead of being apathetic losers?
And most importantly, why do I slip so easily into this norm?
