um...busy busy busy.
I got a chance to check out my seedlings this morning, and they're doooin' good. Yay. Andi, an interior decorator in the family seems to absolutely adore me. Makes me feel all good. She was over last week teaching us some skills. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun. Now I know what I'm going to be doing in my house in the future. I really do need to stop collecting stuff for my house, I need to just wait until I actually have a house...or apartment. I suppose I'll settle for an apartment. But houses are just so much more fun.
There's tons I could say, but I really don't feel like it. I worked hard this week and I'm pretty much wiped out. Non stop working. It was crazy. I did good. Go me. But I busted out my patterns again yesterday and today I'm going to finish this vest. And give to Sherri. Because she will look adorable in it. Oh, and I'm making this old country apron out of the incredibly expensive light gold curtain panel I had for my room and never had the money to buy the second panel for. So I was just like...it's never going to be used as a curtain...I'll never buy the second panel, I'm going to make an apron out of it. It will be awesome. I bought this super pretty Japanese painting print fabric that I'm going to make a dress out of and I'm going tomorrow to buy fabric for a 50's house wife inspired dress that I'm also buying petticoats to puff it up in the skirt. Adorable. Speaking of Japan earlier, I'm going to be pissed if not a single one of those boys gets me anything from Japan. It's okay. I'll go to Japan on my honeymoon. Sweet. Fuck the wedding. Honeymoon! Yesh.
Next project: Making mother paint me beautiful paintings for my house. With unicorns...and rainbows....
There will be unicorns and rainbows in my paintings. I will make sure of it. And I want one of rumpless the rooster...maybe I'll do that. Do I have time? I don't know. I have to go. Busy busy busy.
