Going from This to

In Adobe CS2. Not sure if Translatable due to the Vivid Light.

1. First, crop your image to 100x100
2. Make a new layer. Fill the new layer with ffea00, and set it to Hue.
3. Duplicate your base image and set the duplicated layer so it is layered above the previous Hue layer.  Set the duplicated base image's layer to overlay
4. Make a new layer and fill it with 011911, set this layer to exclusion.
5. Finally, make a new layer and paste this gradient in the layer.  Set this new layer to Vivid Light.

And you're done!
