my society has decided to be VERY nice and donate money to japan! :D but as it's 'my' society, we've decided to do it with a twist. we're going to do it turkey reading style!

(for those who can't be bothered to click, you basically find someone to read out some very bad fanfic/book and the audience bid money (for charity) on whether the reader

hahah i'll give it a read 8) to be honest i'd want really bad fanfics so people bid to stop it being read, but bidding to continue will also be good :3 thanks for the suggestion!

hahaha will give it a try. dunno which series to choose tho XD instincts are telling me to go for twilight/harry potter, but we've been raging about kaiji and code geass the whole term....

I just had someone post on my lj saying they hadn't received comments either! Did you get the message from lj about some e-mail clients suddenly spam blocking them? Could be that.

Twilight would be pretty painful for everyone, though you're just as well reading the book aloud, the fanfiction may actually be better. ;) Harry Potter will guaranteeably have some horrors.

If you're currently big into Kaiji and Code Geass then it may hurt your heart a bit to wade through badfic of it. ;)

Weird. =/ Maybe it's blocking it all together on some e-mail clients then or something... just set it to send messages to your lj inbox for the time being (if you haven't already)?

Would be typical if the time you're looking for badfic you find good, huh? ;)
