my image of the shinsengumi and the related era is just so fucked up it makes no sense.
first there's gintama and all their f-ed up names...
then watching atsuhime and all their NHK goodness...
then hakuouki and all their bishounen oni... (watched through 3 episodes btw, couldn't stand it. it's like... shurei turned into a wimp and in men's clothes D:)
now there's myu boys XD;;;
it's a popular theme tho, so i guess it was inevitable :3
