"Undergraduate module/course component results and degree award information will be made available during the week commencing 20 July 2009. Continuing undergraduate and graduate taught students will be able to re-enrol and select their modules for the 2009/10 session from 3rd August 2009."

what do you mean week commencing the 20th. so is it the monday? friday? sunday? what time? 12am? 12pm?
