WHY THE HECK IS IT $400 FOR JLPT IN HONG KONG,
YET 60 POUNDS IN UK?
ignoring conversion rates ($400 is around 30 pounds. 60 pounds is around $700), that just makes no sense...
the london/UK standard of living isn't that high, is it? >__>
guess i'll go for 3kyuu this december, then try N2 next summer.
