what i learnt from my second trip to the hospital:
lifting up your casted leg all times does make a difference ._.
who knew the swelling i got in my foot was because i didn't have my foot up at all times..
although i'm tempted to make it swell again so i can get a new cast XD;;;
and now i have dinner :D wouldn't have had any if i didn't go downstairs.. the canteen people are stupid for not having packed dinner on weekends. going to starve tmr :(
