Delete them all since they're all virus/trojan/worm

If they're in the "Infected Files" section of your chest, they are Infected Files :)

Avast usually won't put crucial system files into the infected files folder, If the files are important part of the OS they will usually try to disinfect the file (think of laundry) :P

ahh okay :) i was scared deleting them would mess up my computer *has tried it before* so i thought i'll post it up and ask for opinion first ^__^;;
