GRRRR
Today I had to go to the dentist to pick up my retainers. Besides the fact that it was 102 degrees outside and it wasn't any cooler in the waiting room, that had to be my worst checkup ever. :)
They took forever to call me into the room, and when they did, they made me wait on some chair for like 20 minutes. then after some guy showed me what my new retainer looked like, and explained to me how i have to wear 'em. I HATE THEM. I have to leave them in hot water for a minute before I put them on at all, and they smell like some kind of nasty.. plastic thing. x( It has to be the digsutingest thing EVERRRRR, especially when it's supposed to stay in your mouth for a whole night. And also, the dentist guy told me they'd be so uncomfortable for the first night that it will cause me to wake up and have to take them off. For that, I don't mind wearing my cracked ones. Anyway, it's not the shape of my teeth, so it feels like I'm an old lady without teeth and that my gums grew 4 inches. Lovely, ain't it?
So then after my gramma needed to go to Publix (how convinient, my dentist and publix are right next to each other) and we took FOREVER there when my gramma was signing up for some thing, I dunno what it was but it took quite a while.
And then after that I went back to my gramma's, to my screaming baby cousin who wanted to sit on my lap and take over the control while me and my other cousin were doing a part in a game we just learned how to beat.
