well, I was grounded for about a week since my last update, so I really didn't have much to update about. I finally got ungrounded last friday night, so I went to Starbucks with Brian and Charles =) we sat outside and talked for about an hour, then randomly, lyke, everyone totally just showed up out of lyke, NOWHERE! chatted for a few, then Charles, Brian and I left and drove around. I went to Shanna's later on and we had a bonfire with some people.
The next day (Saturday) Joe and I had our 8 months, but we didn't really do anything because he had to work. but it was okay because I went to Kim's grad party, then Pat Monk's. Tony, Loreal, Stef, Brian, Ben, Phil, and I all went outside the back of pats house because he has a feild, and we all played frisbee. it was really fun; sun shining in our faces, laughing and telling jokes. It was nice seeing everyone. I went to Mike's grad party after. nice to see him too. the next week of school flew on by because of exams, and exams don't even really bother me. I enjoy bringing slurpees to school and getting out really early, and going swimming at joes. and the last day of school had to be my favorite, not only because it was technically freedom, but because we had a shaving cream fight and acted like little kids. ♥ twas fun. yesterday I went to Stef's grad party. went to Shanna's after, hung out, then we all went to Nikki's and lit torches and talked on her back porch. I'd definitely have to say that it's finally starting to feel like summer.
today my dad was sick, so I couldn't see him this father's day. seems like he's always getting sick lately. I don't get to see him much because he lives in flint. I miss him. =( it did storm today though, which was cool because I love thunderstorms. we opened up the doors and the windows just to listen to it. I used to be scared of storms when I was little, but my dad taught me otherwise. actually, because of my dad, I'm a total different person today than I would have been without him. ♥ me and my family spent a little time together today though nonetheless: we cooked dinner on the grill, ate as a family, had strawberry shortcake for dessert and played a game. and now I'm about to watch a movie with my brother.
ahh, I've got this used-to-waking-up-early-even-though-I-hate-it sort of thing going on right now. I'll wake up early, around 8 or 9, and not be able to go back to sleep even though I've been up late the night before. either that, or I get up a billion times in the middle of the night to do absolutely nothing (close my door, open my door, open my window, etc..) I need some sleeping pills or something.
