yesterday (too lazy to estimate some cals)-

packet instant oatmeal- 140 cals
small salad with fat free calorie-wise italian dressing- ? not bad though hopefully
2 apples- approx 80, i think? i heard apples go into negative cals
a ton of water
plate of veggies (carrots, green and red peppers, cucumbers) and a bit of tzatziki
screwup=orangina. oh well.

workout- 250 cals burned, crunches done
plus i burned a ton of cals at work from all the running around and lifting.

Today- super sore for some reason in my legs, i blame my shoes. skipping the cardio, just doing toning in my room later tonight.

half an apple
packet instant oatmeal-140 cals (its so yummy, apple cinnamon flavour)
water
slimming tea
2 small handfuls of cheerios
stacker 3

dinner is going to be possibly more oatmeal (i'm hooked), tea and another salad. i'm trying to eat a salad a day now, and i love the fact you can buy washed, bagged salad :>

i'm soooo shaky right now and its pretty cool. i'm feeling good about how this is going. i haven't weighed myself because i don't have a scale in my room and the one at the gym is the weighted one and it takes me about a year to figure out, so i'm saving weighing myself for when i go home on weekends so i can see week by week progress.
