I was inspired to actually follow through with my work out haha.
ALL done while watching MADE lol
50 crunches
40 leg lifts
60 situps
stairs for 2 minutes ((running))
im beat.
eek! im actually excited about this. hopefully whenever Tracy feels up to it we'll bike/run.
