Almost

I would love to write about the bands I've seen and the new hobbies in my life, but they are kind of non-existent. I did celebrate Halloween, disguised as a witch and all. But no vampire was waiting at the cemetery for me. I also saw the movie Milk and I approve of the story and the actors. It's a good movie, with some tragic events but still remaining positive. Definitely a must-see.

And my personal highlight of the week (next to the latest picture of Frank) is that Buffy TVS has restarted from season One! I always loved the earlier seasons more. I've also had to make an autumn playlist for work-related purposes, and I've included Green Day, the Manic Street Preachers and the White Stripes. Now I can't stop listening to it.

In Madrid I saw two new movies: Agora and Whatever Works. I enjoyed them both a lot. Especially Woody Allen did a superb job. Agora has great images and such a rich cultural background, but why do they need to romanticise everything? Another historical story without a shred of historical authentity.

Oh, festival-summer, why so far away ?

buffy, movie talk
