That’s Not Amore
"When the moon hits your eyes, like a big pizza pie …" is that really what love is?! Listening to this song three times a day at work is probably the worst punishment ever! EVER!!!! Love Frankie and everything, but I have to say that he’s wrong. Or at least I hope he’s wrong. Who would want that? Who would want those symptoms? Here’s my take on the song:
When the moon hits your eyes, like a big pizza pie … you’re not in love; you are hungry.
When the world seems to shine, like you’ve had too much wine … still not love; you’re just plastered.
When you walk in a dream, but you know you’re not dreaming … nope, still not love; you are psycho.
But those are just my thoughts on this song. God hope anyone who’s in love, because you’re apparently feeling hungry, tipsy, crazy, and a few other feelings that I would not want while being with the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. INSANE!
