Potter&Malfoy Part 2 --- Down at the Lake

Harry James Potter had nearly been caught twice out of bed last night, but he didn’t care. After a good nights sleep, he’d awoken to find Ron asking him awkward questions about where he had gone that night.
“Look, Ron, I’ve told you plenty of times. I just went for a bath!” Harry muttered as he and Ron went down into the common room. However, there was a wicked little smile on Potter’s face and his best friend knew there was something more, something that Harry was hiding.

Draco Malfoy was lying on the dark leather couches in the Slytherin common room, his blonde hair slightly curled, as he had not dried it properly that night. His bath had made him unusually happy, but thankfully, there were no Slytherins around to ask what Malfoy was smirking about. The blonde went upstairs to get changed before he went to breakfast...
Now dressed in tight muggle jeans (recommended by a Mr. Potter), a dark green sweat shirt (for Slytherin) and a pair of dragon skin boots (just because they looked sexy), Draco strutted out of the common room, his ass shaking with pride as it had now been dubbed the sexiest ass in Hogwarts, and up to the Great Hall, where he sat alone at the Slytherin table grinning and checking his watch every three minutes.

Harry, for no apparent reason, dressed in brown muggle ‘70’s style trousers’ and a maroon tight-fitting polo-neck. He made his way downstairs with Ron trailing behind him, mumbling. Hermione was nowhere to be seen, but Harry had a feeling she was getting herself spruced up for a Mr. Ronald Weasley. They made their way slowly to the Great Hall, where no teachers were present but a thousand tiny red, green, golden and blue fairies gathered in small groups, fluttering here and there, whispering excitedly or dancing to music that was escaping from nowhere.

Draco, spotting Harry and Ron, could not help but grin. As Harry caught his eye, the Slytherin winked and licked his lips.
“Hey Potter. I’d watch out if I were you…” He called, that familiar sneer on his face, though his eyes denying the feeling he showed.

“Oh yeah Malfoy... Why’s that?” The Griffindor spat back, but winked when Ron wasn’t looking. Draco was pleased that Harry was playing along. They didn't want any awkward situations yet. As they passed the Slytherin table, Harry dropped a crumpled piece of pink parchment on Malfoy’s plate, blowing a kiss to him and following Ron, who was totally oblivious to Draco and Harry’s slightly peculiar behaviour, to the Griffindor table.

Draco looked at the pink parchment on his plate and slowly opened it. His eyes lit up like lamps and, once he’d gotten over his surprise, he smirked.
On the parchment was a loopy message:

Dearest Draco
I so wish that we weren’t interrupted last night. You never know what might have happened… I mean, we were both a little drunk and I could hardly resist your ass (*wink wink*)… Meet me in the transfiguration corridor after breakfast. I’ve got a surprise for you.
Hugs and kisses
Harry
PS. I love you xxx

Harry, who could see the blonde clearly from where he sat, chuckled. When Draco looked up, the brunette could not hide his mischievous grin. Turning to Ron, as if everything was normal, Harry engaged him in conversation about Hermione and what the two were going to do later.

“Well…” Ron began, though Harry wasn’t really listening, “I think that we’ll probably just go for a wander in the grounds... You know... Alone” He grinned at the idea. “We’ll probably just talk about things... You know.. Just general innocent stuff… Then I’ll ask her if she… You know... Wants to take it a stage further”

At this last comment, Harry dropped his goblet of pumpkin juice and stopped staring at his blonde Slytherin boyfriend.
“You what?” Harry gasped, a look of horror on his face as he heard the words tumble out of Ron’s mouth.

“What? You think she’ll not want to go to the Christmas dance with me?” Ron asked, slightly taken back and looking desperately hurt, those sad blue eyes growing wide and tearful.
“But... but I… I thought… We were… getting on…” Ron spluttered, fighting back tears.

“Oh... Sorry.. I thought you meant something else... Sorry Ron. Yeah. You go ahead and ask her!” Harry said, sighing slightly with relief and looking back at Malfoy, who’s gorgeous silver eyes were looking straight back.

After a very uncomfortable breakfast, with nothing but Ron going on in his ear about Hermione, Harry finally made an excuse to leave, and Draco could be seen doing so at the Slytherin table.

The Griffindor made his way up the main staircase, whilst the Slytherin went up a staircase to the fourth floor corridor, then back down one to the Transfiguration corridor. All the while, Draco was thinking to himself what Potter’s surprise could be. A tiny flash of a grin was on his face, his silver eyes full of a wild excitement which he could hardly contain as he almost skipped down the corridor.

The two met up just outside McGonagall’s classroom and pushed open the door. As it closed behind them, they were already on top of one another. Kissing wildly, Harry had to fight Draco off before revealing what his little surprise was. At first, Harry was unsure what Draco’s reaction would be… But then again, Draco didn’t know all of the surprise yet.
In a corner of the room, after their brief tongue swallowing session, Harry showed his boyfriend something very unusual. There were two boxes, both rather large and a little heavier than Draco expected. They both sat on the stone floor, Harry chuckling and Draco ripping open one box.

“Ice skates?” The Slytherin asked, looking slightly confused.

“Ice skates. I hope they’re your size… Try them on… And trust me. You’ll like the other half of the surprise” The Griffindor could not help himself but stroke the blondes arm as he tried out the white dragon skin skates, doing up the silver laces with care.

“They’re perfect.” Draco muttered, the smile creeping back onto his face “But where are we going skating?” There was a slight nervousness about him. The Slytherin, it seemed, had never skated before in his life, and wasn’t in the mood to make a total prat of himself in front of his darling Harry.

“The lake’s totally frozen up. About a meter thick ice. It will be safe, and don’t worry. You’ve got me to help you up if you fall.” The brunette grinned, pulling on his own black boots and tying up the golden laces.

The two stood up, giggling, holding onto each other and eventually falling into each others arms as Draco fell forwards into Harry. Laughing, the two struggled towards the door.

“Maybe… Maybe it would be best if we were under my invisibility cloak” Harry muttered, hearing the odd screams of random students running around.
“Accio Invisibility cloak” The Griffindor muttered raising his wand and waiting until the silk like cloak flew to them. Grinning, he threw it over them, and Draco chuckled.

The two boys struggled down the corridor, giggling occasionally and whispering sweet nothings in each others ears. At one point, Draco had kissed Harry’s neck, and in return, the brunette had pinched the blonde’s buttocks, causing him to yelp and nearly fall down the flight of steps they had reached.

Eventually, they had made it to the Entrance Hall. As there were no students here, the two re-emerged from the cloak. They stood awkwardly with the ice skates on, but it did not stop them kissing lovingly.

There was a high pitched laughter, a cackle and then the teenagers looked up to see Peeves hovering and rolling about in midair, holding his stomach in fear it might fall off if he laughed any harder.

“Potter and Malfoy? This is precious! Too damn precious! What, are you two going to tell me that you’ve been experimenting?” Peeves cackled again and hovered off, about to spread the news to anybody and everybody.

“Peeves!” The Griffindor gasped. “Don’t tell anyone” But Draco merely smiled

“Don’t worry Harry dear. People were going to find out sooner or later.” He kissed his cheek and they continued on their way out into the grounds. The snow had been falling faster in the early hours of the morning, and was now so deep that the boys were shivering as they trudged through towards the lake. Finally reaching their destination, the Griffindor led the way onto the ice. Slightly hesitant, the Slytherin hung back, but after a little persuasion and the promise that it would be worth the effort, Draco finally skated onto the ice, his arms out to give him extra balance. Harry took one of his hands and guided him once around the lake, and, as Draco got bolder, the two did random little moves and spins, dancing around each other in some weird display of their love.

“This way” The brunette beckoned his boyfriend over to a small cave near the other side of the lake, furthest from Hogwarts. They ducked and entered. Harry, knowing that they would be coming here, had prepared a little something. There was a pile of logs, which burst into flame at the flick of a wand, and several bottles of different alcoholic beverages. Firewhiskey, a bluish liquid which was glittering, a clear liquid, which Harry explained later to be vodka, a mixture Harry had made earlier, containing both muggle and wizarding drinks which tasted very much like cinnamon and a small bottle full of a liquid which kept changing colour.

“Are you warm enough Draco dear?” Harry asked, holding his boyfriends hands in his. “Would you like me to warm you up a bit?” He asked, hugging the Slytherin then licking his cheek. The bottle of firewhiskey was opened and shared between the two, then, once that was drained, they opened the cinnamon flavoured mixture and within a few minutes, both were feeling very energetic…

What happened next was very sudden. First, the blonde took off his jumper and shirt then did the same for Harry. Then, the brunette took off his 70’s trousers and Draco’s jeans. The Griffindor, being the more sensitive of the two, ran his hand over his lover’s torso, caressing it softly before letting his hand explore. The Slytherin did the same, all the while grinning.

They kissed, touched, kissed some more, touched some more and eventually, things got slightly out of hand. Harry found himself without his boxers on and saw Malfoy without his either…

From outside the cave, all that could be heard for the next few minutes was groans, moans, and though it was not exactly clear what they were doing, one could make a wild guess…
They two re-emerged later; much later, but out of breath, very warm and both with pink cheeks. They were dressed, but it was obvious their clothes had been taken off, as Harry was now wearing the blonde’s jeans and Draco wore the 70’s trousers.

They went back onto the ice for a bit to cool down, holding hands all the way around as they completed their third lap. It was only when they were about to start to head back to the castle when they stopped gazing into each others eyes...

“OH MY GOD! IS THAT…” Hermione could be seen, staring straight at the couple on the lake, pointing at them and looking as if she might pass out

“HARRY! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?” Bellowed a stunned Weasley, who, upon closer examination, Harry realised was Ron.

“You’re with Malfoy” Hermione pointed out, recovering slightly and not yelling as she sunk a little into Ron’s arms, who blushed.

“I” Harry starrted, skidding to a halt at the edge of the lake with Malfoy at his side “am with my boyfriend.” The two looked at each other again and giggled. “What’s so wrong about that?”

“Well… Apart from the fact as its Malfoy and he’s a HE!” Ronald said, slowly and clearly, his face now bright red and his ears positively glowing warm enough to melt the snow around him

“Shut up Weasley. Just accept that your best friend is gay. It doesn’t matter who he’s with, as long as he’s happy” Draco muttered, holding the Griffindor’s hand with his own and smiling.

“Jesus, Harry…” the red head began, “I shared a dormitory with you for 6 years! You could have at least warned me you were gay!” It seemed that the thing that freaked the Weasley boy out so much was the fact as his best friend could have been flirting with him for 6 years and he didn’t know it.

“Well I’ve only just discovered I am the way I am. Sorry Ron, but I knew you’d be like this. Over reacting, as always. You’re such a damn drama queen” The brunette boy muttered, his green eyes twinkling behind his round glasses. “At least Draco understands me. Don’t you darling?”

The Slytherin smirked. “I can read you like a book babe”

“Babe?” Ron’s expression was so full of disgust, it almost made his best friend feel guilty, but Harry raised his palm to Ron’s face

“If you don’t like it, talk to the hand. I don’t want to listen to you lecturing me about my love life. I’m perfectly happy now.” Harry whipped his head around and faced Draco. “Shall we go dear?” And with that, they walked back to the castle, hands in the others back pockets.

“Hey… Wasn’t Harry in those 70’s trousers this morn-?” Hermione asked, frowning slightly.

“I don’t even want to /think/ about what they’ve been up to” Ron said, stopping Hermione from finishing her question. “Come on... I think we could do with a drink or something to warm ourselves up”

With that, Ron and Hermione left the edge of the lake and went back towards the castle, arms linked, careful to keep a distance away from Draco and Harry.
