ugh, once I mess up I feel so bad it takes me forever to get back on track because i think" oh im just gonna stay a fatass so why bother, obviously I can't do it" thanks for your comments, like the whole reason I ate all that in the morning is because of ::guess::
ya, studying for a test, just sitting there in the morning and emptying out the snack machines, and then I went home for the weekend and ate tons of carbs there :(
but the good thing I never ate past 6pm... so that should set it off a bit, it tends to help,
burned 400 @ gym, yay!
I guess it's a new day,and I'm gonna do better tomorrow, no tests for at least a week= no need to eat at all really! haha
