Dear Messrs. Potter and Weasley,
Your requests for membership in df_orderhq will now be accepted. However, your membership is contingent upon your acceptance of the following provisions:
1) All Order information and intelligence, and everything discussed within the Order HQ, is CONFIDENTIAL and is not to be openly discussed anywhere or shared with anyone outside of the Order.
2) You are not to use any Order information to go off on your own missions. It is too dangerous for you three to be pulling these stunts with You-Know-Who, various Death Eaters, and equally threatening and dangerous immortal beings lurking about.
3) Any "missions" will be planned with the knowledge, consent, and approval of the Order members.
I know that you fully understand everything I have told you and the reasoning behind it. Most of this is common sense that you should already know. However, if you are found to be in violation of any of these rules, you will be removed from the Order. I have fought on your behalf to defend your character so that you may join the Order (against several objections, I might add). Do not make me regret my decision. You are hereby officially warned.
Please owl me to inform me that you do indeed understand and accept these terms. Your request for membership will not be accepted until I recieve your reply.
