(no subject)
I was baking today!
Me and Katie made chocolate chip cookies, Gingerbread people and coffee kisses.
OMG
The Chocolate chip cookies didn't have chips in them cause we made them and then put them in the oven then realised we forgot the milk, so we took them out of the oven and mixed them again with the milk, so the chocolate had melted and they just looked chocolaty. They also expanded and flattened so we had a whole tray covered in cookie. Half was burnt, cause we forgot to turn it round.
The gingerbread pople turned into gingerbread party people heavy on the GINGER! The recipie said 3tsp of ginger but because everything we made before used tablespoons we used the tablespoon and then Katie just poured more in anyway... so yeah you get a kick from them!

The coffee kisses were the most succesful. They are gorge! Mmmmm coffee.
However, they are way too big, they are meant to be te size of a walnut (which they were when we divided the mixture, they expanded) and there was meant to be 12, we made 5. So they were a bit big like, but they were nice. Bit sickly but next time they'll be WELL GOOD.
Then we watched POC and i slept a bit, lol!

Next week we're making a cake. I think it's gunna be like a victoria sponge with Jelly tots on them! we're trying the cookies too, i'm determined to make some good cookies man!
Oh and we're doing more chocolate rice crispie buns but with like, galaxy chocolate instead of cooking chocolate cause they weren't so good!
Yeah man.
