road trips.
so thursday i went to Lee's palace to check out Dear jane, i play. patty didnt get in unfortunately. i ended up sitting with rachel n jess and then after the show with went to sneeky dee's for some food n drinks. saw the ho life bois, then jay + his posse came in. after that we went to the horseshoe tavern where this one chick's bf's band was playing. the band before them was so bad jess and i couldnt bare to stick around so we left. bought some groceries n pudding which then somehow magically disappeared from my bag. so pissed.
friday i got ready, packed and took the subway to kipling where i met up with tee steph n alana to go to london for the wknd. my dad picked us up there n drove to burlington to pick up alanas car. on the way she was driving 140 n we got stopped by the cops n she got a ticket. $130 reduced from 300. ouch. once we got to london we went straight to CTO to see dear jane i, capeside n latefallen. predrank in the car a bit. bouncer told both me and tee that our $10 bills were counterfit n so he had to take them away. im pretty sure he lied to us n screwed us over but at the time he seemed convincing. had fun. saw l.dot ppl such as roman xgin camilo emilia etc. then tee got a wee bit sick, got kicked out, and therefore we went back to steph's place. 'lcbo as a sick bag. now that's irony' bahaha. couldnt sleep that nite. ended up on the floor. got about 3hrs maybe. we spent the day chatting, watching movies (loved 'my date with drew) n hanging out. then we got ready and went for dinner at east side marios. steph n i had a funny slash sketchy convo with camilo about monmon's presence baha. im so glad im mature when it comes to these situs.i also realized i have an amazing friend who totes has my back (thx steph). there were like 13ppl in our dinner group, i only knew about half. had the most amazing cheese capalletti. went to salt lounge to hang out some more. it was a free show with soap opera coma and seconds to go. had a sweet $3 sex on the beach. couldnt sleep again. had about 2hrs before steph n tee woke up at the crack of dawn. 'here's ur water n tylenol' 'uh, i asked for the time' bahaha. left for home around 1130. got ripped off ugh. pretty much showered n got ready and then dad came to drive me to ajax to jesse's. from there mcguire drove to his cottage. we sat around and chatted, played cards, made drinks. then we cooked an amazing dinner at about midnite. hung out some more. i love doing absolutely nothing when its with close friends. mcguire passed out at about 3 and jesse and i stayed up til 7am chatting, watched wedding crashers 'are u comfortable?' haha and i tweezed his eyebrows lol. woke up at about 1, made some food, played table hockey with pens and a matchstick box. then colburn pretty much played the entire blink album and green day's last tour repertoire on the acoustic while mcguire n i fell asleep to it. best ever. then we went onto the big frozen lake n had a snowball fight. i loved the open space, fresh air, and playing around like i was 12 again. mcguire and i left after that. dropped me off at the go and i went home. had a fight with my mom who is so irrational and difficult sometimes.
on the bright side i got a job. lotsa hours but u gotta do what u gotta do. time to be responsible. maybe things will get better from here on.
