This only bothers me

Here I thought that today was my first day orienting on my new clinical placement floor. Ellison 6 with its shiny corridors and its large rooms where one can actually maneuver in order to care for the patients. We met the lovely staff and I cared for my equally lovely patient and then at the end of the day like the giant practical joke that this is my group is told that we don't belong there. Even though my ID works at every door, even though we were told that we were going to be on Ellsion 6 LAST SEMESTER. no no... this is Umass Boston's site you see.... we have to go to White 6. The decrepit Methuselah of the MGH monolith.
But, you say, Svetlana doesn't your Graduate program have the letter MGH in it? The same MGH that graces the door way of this self same hospital? Doesn't that mean that the students at YOUR school should get first dibs on the teaching floors of their choice?
Ha ha I say ha ha. I am paying 80,000 for this?
