This is my newest betta, that I bought on Boxing Day at the Big Al's sale. They had it as a female, but it's fins are so long that I'm worried they were wrong. She/he's not that aggressive and was in a tank of females over night, but I've decided to seperate them anyways just because she did start nipping everybody. What do you guys think?
My "white" male and the guy with the gorgeous fins. Haha. He also has a dark blue spot on his head, which is adorable. The white one has two tiny black dots on either side of him, and is absolutely gorgeous. He's very aggresive, he is on the end of the shelf so that he doesn't have a male on either side of him.
So those are...three of my 13 bettas. 1 is in a ten gallon community tank, 6 are in a planted tank together (females) and 6 are in single containers. The fish in single containers are cleaned twice a week, and each have a banana plant in them. They are side by side, so that the fish have stimulation. They don't flare constantly. They are on a glass shelf with a repti-glo UV bulb above it, lighting all of the containers. I don't plan on keeping them in the pop bottles forever, I have been gradually replacing them with 2 gallon jars.
Anyways, tell me what you guys think about the pinkish one?
