Back on topic. If you didn't catch my long and rambling explanation in
Part 1, this is my foolhardy attempt at grunging up all the Maxis objects I use most often. I won't be making a recolour of everything (I'm not that crazy), so the items I don't cover either have grungy recolours already, or I don't use. To summarize: there are 1-2 recolours per object, in either grunge, filth, or both.
