I’ve been in a building/decorating mood lately. I think I’ve churned out more houses in the past few weeks than I ever have, which is excellent for my simmies, though not quite as excellent for my social life.
Those are severely overrated anyway (at least that’s what I keep telling myself). I still don’t know why I let the merry gang of idiots I call my friends drag me around to all these fackkkking summer parties. They’re all the same: people playing beer pong/flip cup/(insert other drinking game here) for hours until they’re yakking in the bushes and passing out on top of my purse on a lawn chair.
It’s so much fun, I could just kill myself. The only upside is when I remember to bring along my sharpie and take advantage of unconscious partygoers. Then, they shall forever loathe the day they passed out on my belongings. *evil laughter*

Price: $22,590
Required EPs: You should be able to run this lot with the base game only, though you’ll have to use the clean installer, as I included items from Nightlife, University, and Apartment Life. I also have Open for Business, Pets and Free Time, though I don’t think I used anything from those EPs.
I was thinking about offering an unfurnished version as well, but at this point I’d rather spend that time and effort working on something else. Removing all the furniture after all the work I put in feels too icky. If you want it unfurnished, I’m sure you can manage on your own :)
Only a few pieces of my own cc reside in this house, and they’re just Maxis recolors (curtains, to be exact). My policy can be found here. Everything else is courtesy of its respective creators, who all deserve a hug for their wonderfulness.
I’m really happy with how this lot turned out, and if this current trend continues, you’ll see more lots from me in the future. Enough ramblings - enjoy!
