CAKE!
today Alishia came over, and we made cake. its cool that we hung out for the first time in like a year, because now i'm going to feel really awkward around her from now on.
first time using fondant though! on to the pictures, with lengthly descriptions.
this cake is just plain white. its okay.
this cake is for my mom's birthday! it has a sea creatures theme :P
we put the plain white fondant on and painted it blue with food colouring, then Alishia, being artsier than I, cut out underwater themed things to put on it.
all in all, the cake tastes WONDERFUL! Pat tried some and said he liked it. but the icing is made of just marshmellows and powered sugar, so you can only handle like 2 or 3 bites maximum. but it looked nice and was HELLA easy :D
