AN: So this was going to be a oneshot...only then..it was like "MAKE ME REALLY LONG >D" and I was like "D: okaaay.." And then x_igrab was like "MAKE IT LONG". So this is part one of who-knows-how-many. I also wrote the two of us into it. >D Ulterior motive WHAT.

This visit was such a bad idea. The first time had gone okay..but this...this was Erin's seventeenth birthday, and his parents would be home. Dilan had no choice but to go see his family that weekend, and his little sister had begged him to bring "his cute little boyfriend".

Dilan loved his little sister, he really did, but she was the bane of his existence. She was even worse than Braig.

Well, maybe not worse, but Erin could definitely give him some competition in that regard. Especially when she was with her friend Anna. That was just dangerous.

The second Dilan knocked on the door, he heard voices and several loud thuds. The door opened a moment later and a girl with the same stocky build and thick dark hair, worn in pigtails, as Dilan greeted him. "So. Did you bring him?" She spotted Braig and waved, a slightly devious smirk on her face. "Oh. Good!"

Dilan sighed. "What were those loud noises before you opened the door?"

"Oh. Um. Anna and I both ran to answer the door and we tripped." Erin blushed. She was notoriously clumsy. Dilan was amazed how she could be so good at swordplay when she tripped over her own two feet more than everybody else he knew put together.

Braig snorted and bit back a smart-ass comment. It must've shown on his face, though, because Erin stuck her tongue out at him a second later. "ANNA!" She yelled back into the house. "GET UP, you lazy bum! Don't lie there on the floor like you're dead. It makes me want to step on you. And Dilan and Braig are here, get your ass out here."

A moment later, an excitable dark-haired girl, smaller in build and slightly darker-skinned than Erin and her brother, smashed into Dilan. Anna giggled and wrapped her arms around his neck. "HI DILAN!" She released her hold on him and draped herself over Erin's shoulders instead. "So..is that..?" She nudged her friend.

Erin grinned at her, and they both burst out giggling. Dilan turned bright red, and Braig smirked a little. Dilan's parents weren't home, so he moved in and put his arm around his boyfriend's waist. He'd already met Erin, and she knew they were together because she'd "run into them" on one of their dates. Dilan had, of course, been mortified. Come to think of it, he still was.

"Can we please go inside now?" Dilan was blushing more than ever now.

Erin removed Anna from her shoulders, took her hand, and pulled her inside. "Sure, I was just making tea..do you two want some? Mom and Dad actually said they'll be gone most of the weekend, so you don't have to worry about them." She pouted and looked like she might actually start to cry. "They had an 'urgent meeting' that conveniently fell over MY birthday."

Dilan scowled. "They WHAT?" He made a mental note to have a Talk with them about that. It wasn't fair that she should be treated second-best just because he had the apprenticeship with Ansem.

Braig tugged on one of her pigtails as she busied herself with the teapot. "You'll live. It sucks, but that's how it goes sometimes. I'll buy you some ice cream later if you want, after we go out for dinner."

Anna, who had flopped onto the floor and was currently clinging to Erin's leg, perked up. "You're buying us dinner? Awesome! Erin, that means we can go fabric shopping tomorrow after all, since we don't have to buy food.."

Erin smiled a little bit. "Thanks," she mumbled, embarrassed. Braig smirked. It was so, so easy to tell she and Dilan were related. It was kind of cute.

Dilan glanced at Braig meaningfully. "We should take our bags upstairs." He purposefully avoided using the phrase "my room", he was smart enough to realize that Erin and Anna would pounce on it and never let him hear the end of it.

Braig smirked knowingly. "Good idea. We'll be back down soon. Maybe." He grabbed Dilan's hand and pulled him out of the room and towards the stairs. Giggles followed them the entire way, but he didn't particularly care.

Dilan went first into his old room and dumped his bag on the floor. He was bright red, although he didn't protest much when Braig threw his bag down and locked the door behind him. He didn't protest at all when Braig's arms suddenly wrapped around him and their lips met. In fact, he'd entirely forgotten about everything and everyone other than Braig.
