Hands slammed on either side of his pretty face, and a confused Demyx looked up into another equally pretty face. "Um, hi there."
"...Hi." Okay, this wasn't at all how he expected it to be, but nothing seemed to go right when it came to Demyx. Axel sighed inwardly.
"So..." Demyx experimentally tried to move, but Axel slid his hands to block him. "What are you doing?"
I'm at the end of my goddamn rope, what do you think I'm doing?! Axel screamed in his head. "Well... you know." Shit, there goes all my eloquence. Thanks, Demyx.
"Actually I don't," Demyx informed him politely. "It's rather rude, you know. And you're kind of close." Demyx wriggled, and brushed their bodies together accidentally.
Axel shuddered.
Demyx waited patiently. "...Well? What is it?"
"Are you retarded?!"
"What?"
"I want to fucking kiss you, that's what!"
"Oh!" Demyx suddenly smiled, and Axel was more confused than ever. "That's silly. You should have said so earlier." And without a second thought, he closed the distance between their lips.
Axel froze, shocked, then slowly melted into the kiss. Goddamnit, he thought. Things never did go right when it came to Demyx.
