(no subject)
i'm home. Nashville was amazing. I absolutly loved it up there. Carrie (my cousin), Julie (her room mate), and I were plotting ways for me to stay up there longer. The weather...was awesome. The high today was like 70...maybe lower. The trees were all changing colors...and there were piles of leaves everywhere...it was like a real fall...it was beautiful. Downtown Nashville was also amazing. We went to Hardrock for dinner and on our way back to the car, we passed by the Wildhorse Saloon and found out that Kenny Chesney and Martina McBride were going to be there. How awesome is that?! I went to class with Carrie and definatly enjoyed the Biomedical Ethics class the most. when i got there thursday night, we went to sanctuary and it was amazing. they turned down all the lights and lit candles and i had never heard the songs before, but everything about the worship was so...real. and i don't get that here. it was just awesome. seriously...the whole weekend was just a blast. It made my college decision for me. The only place I will be happy at is Lipscomb. The minute i got there, i knew that was where i had to go. it's really going to suck, leaving all my friends and stuff...that'll be really hard...but in the end, this is where i need to be.
