"You Have Direction But Your Feet Won't Budge"
Two Sunday nights in a row! Last week I got an acceptance from Vestal Review, and just now I got one from Liebamour-as usual, for my least-favourite (and oldest) poem in the batch I submitted, but I’ll take what I can get.
The editor included a very nice note saying there were two others he wanted to accept, but the first had an overdone metaphor and the second he just didn’t get, but he suggested another journal to try.
I have an awful lot to do in the next 48 hours before I drive to AWP in a snowstorm, but I’m taking some time to celebrate.
