Picspam - Dil Bole Hadippa
After seeing all those gorgeous Picspams around LJ, I also got inspired to try it out ...I watched 'Dil Bole Haddipa' last monday and totally enjoyed it...so yeh decided to do a picspam on it!
Ok, I wont add any spoilers here buh to sum up the whole film, I would just say that It's a great entertainment film with a simple story! Yep, It's a cricket-based film, a story of 'Veera' who chases big dreams... The last film of Rani which I totally enjoyed was 'Bunty aur Bubly' and I would say the queen of bollywood is back in her full form with DBH... She managed to portray both different characters so beautifully... It's 'Veera' whom we see as a young, energetic girl whose dream is to play cricket in the big league...The sardar character 'Veer' gives the story lil twists & adds humour! There were times when I was laughing my head off during this film, some of the scenes are just so hilarious! Both the main leads (Rani & Shahid) did full justice to their characters, Do I even need to mention how GORGEOUS rani looked in the film? ...Not to forget that I loved the way they added the touch of punjabiness...It was visually so beautiful & colourful!
and OMG! I really dunno what to say about Shahid, I was never a BIG fan of him buh damnnn...I think he's one of those few actors who just gets better and better with each of his films. The film mainly revolved around the rani's character but shahid was just FAB!!! I am sure that guy has a long way to go... According to me, he has set himself a special place in bollywood after doing films like Vivaah, Jab We Met, Kaminey & Dil Bole Haddipa. Now the last thing, the chemistry between Shahid & Rani :O ...I didn't reallyyy liked this pair before watching the film (I personally liked Shahid-Priyanka more) But I just had to change my mind after watching the film, they look just adorable together! During the film, there will be scenes which will just make you say 'awww' which includes when both of them does that Salman-Madhuri scene from Hum Aapke Hain Kaun (ppl who have seen the film would know what I am talking about lol)...and I LOVED this film's songs, I am in love with 'Dil Bole Haddipa - Remix' & 'Ishq Hi Hai Rab'...So enough about the film..Overall, It's a must watch film!!!
