School...
So it's finally September 1. School Starts tomorrow. I have most of my supplies for school, just haven't got around to purchasing some clothes, so while everyone is strollin into school in their fancy new clothes and I'm still in last years clothes..atleast I'll have my perty blazer =] I'm so in love with that thing. After school tomorrow, I have to work..icky poo poo. But Friday Jon and I are going on a date, lol. I can't wait.
The last few weeks have been so hectic. On August 18,2004 my granmother (Mammy) passed away. So the wake was on friday and the service was on saturday with a gathering afterwards at mammy's house. It was so crazy, I've never met so many new people all at once. Not to mention everyone that I met, already knew who I was because they'd seen me when I was like 4. Anyway, it was a very tasteful service and thank you to everyone who showed up.
Sunday morning, I left for a week long baton camp. Camp was great. I learned a bunch of new things and one of the instructors, Keri Ann Lynch, was so amazing. She's very funny and has her own unique ideas.
Friday the 27th Mom and Dad picked me up. We went up to conneticut for 2 nights for a wedding. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous. It was held at Harkness Park, which is a huge estate with a big mansion on it that overlooks the ocean and has beautiful gardens. It was absolutely lovely.
Now I'm back home. I've chilled down at the hut each night so far this week. It's going to be quite weird when Lindsey and Ben leave for college which is like so soon it isn't even funny.
Saturday is Daquari night at the hut =]
Sunday I'm headed to JWU to help Lin move into her dorm
I can't wait, it's gonna be fun.
Well I need to catch some ZZZ's before school tommorrow
