Step #1
Open your picture, crop and sharpen it once.
Step #2
Duplicate your base, set it to the top and set it to 'screen' 70 %.
Step #3
Add a Hue/Saturation Layer and desaturate the picture to -27.
Step #4
Add a Color Balance Layer. Use this settings:
Midtones -> Levels: -9 | 0 | +17
Step #5
Add a Selective Color Layer and use following settings:
Reds
-55 | -29 | +100 | 0
Yellows
0 | 0 | -44 | 0
Cyans
-57 | +27 | +30 | 0
Blues
-48 | -40 | +30 | 0
Whites
-36 | -37 |-41 | 0
Neutrals
+15 | +13 | -7 | -11
Step #6
Add a second Selective Color Layer and use following settings:
Reds
+100 | +37 | +25 |0
Yellows
-73 | +8 | +45 | +30
Cyans
0 | 0 | 0 | -100
Blues
0 | 0 | 0 | +100
Whites
-22 | -21 | -20 | +21
Neutrals
+9 | +8 | +8 | -9
Step #7
Add another Selective Color Layer and use following settings:
Reds
-100 | +100 | +100 | -42
Yellows
+34 | -64 | -100 | 0
Whites
0 | 0 | 0 | +3
Neutrals
-2 | +6 | +8 | -8
Blacks
0 | 0 | 0 | +13
And you're done.
