Hello Poland
This afternoon I'm leaving for Poland and will be back August 21st. I've been waiting for this day for years and now it has finally arrived! We're flying from Boston to New York to Vienna to Berlin, then staying the night at my cousin's house. The next day we'll drive over the border, about 3 hours, to my grandparents house where we'll stay for a few days, then travel around Poland (Krakow, Warsawa, Poznan, the Gury, and the Moze) in the rental car for a week and a half. The rest of the time we might do a few day trips here and there to visit relatives but for the most part I'll be living in Barlinek in a quaint little one story brick building right on the lake. My dad is only staying for 3 weeks because he has to go back to work, so it should be interesting trying to travel without him (he is our human atlas). I really can't wait.
I'll miss you a lot. Don't completely forget about me, and have a great summer :)
