Dear Journal please forgive me for the squeally fit I am about to unleash...
HOLY CRAP I WAS SURROUNDED BY A RAINBOW!!!!
Seriously.
I was at the beach this morning right,
and I was out in the water just past the spot where all the waves were breaking.
The Antarctic wind that was coming in from the North was taking the tips off them as they arced up making as usual beautiful tiny rainbows after hitting you with the mother of all cold showers. As usual I was doing my usual thing and letting the waves lift me up so I could see the entire beach then floating back so I could see the rainbows formed by the wind, water, and sun. When all of a sudden after one of the waves I peered through the cold shower and noticed THERE WAS A RING OF RAINBOW SURROUNDING ME.
so I did what any normal person would do. I had a fit of glee.
Looking back on it somebody probably thought I was drowning or something because there was lots of flailing and splashing going on. I must've looked totally ridiculous but I do not care. Because being surrounded by a rainbow is totally worth publically embarrassing yourself.
I just had to post this somewhere so I will never forget the happiness this series of events brought me.
