poll, kinda.
is it bad manners to call someone's cell phone in the middle of the night? say, if you know that someone really well, and you have a feeling they might be asleep, but you just want to talk and you call to see if they're awake?
i figure if the person you're calling doesn't answer, they didn't feel like talking to you at that point in time. i personally will only pick up if i feel like talking.
i just know that in my little group of friends, our cell phones are by our sides 24/7 (horrible, i know), and if we need to talk, we call. no matter the time.
i would never, ever call someone's house phone in the middle of the night. but since cell phones lack the formality of House Phones, it's a little different.
