I'm averaging about 11 hours a night since I've come home from Tahoe. My body is way tired, and the hardness of my mattress isn't helping. I toss and turn at night trying to find that soft spot, but it never works. Not to mention that everyone in the house begins slamming doors at about 8 in the morning, with no consideration for others. My brother turned up his TV and left his door open at 10 this morning. Seriously, you would slam the door cause you know I'm awake, but you won't close your damn door. wtf.
So I caught up on about 6 episodes of Heroes yesterday and finished Season 3. Let me just say, it was epic. Pretty damn good, but it could have been better. I mean, there was so many parts that was just like wth. I don't want to ruin it for those who haven't seen it .. so I'll do a LJ cut, if I remember how to.
Okay. so seriously now, Sylar and Elle. Don't get me wrong, I loved their plot line together thought it was short lived, but thats it. You end it there. And I feel like they really rushed into the whole having Arthur get the catalyst. I mean, Hiro basically handed it to him in a way. And Arthur dying. You shoot him and that's it. Given the guy has taken everyones powers, not to mention Adam Monroes (who can't die might I add!), and thats it. Also the drama between Peter and Nathan could have been a bit better. I mean, there was just brotherly tension, it wasn't basis for Nathan to completely turn his back and plan to stab all those fuckers in the back. I mean, it was good in some parts, but honestly, the season could have been better. I felt the last few episodes were just rushed. Wheres the happily never after that we all love.
Good parts though. Ando's ability! How amazing is it to magnify powers! Hiro being stuck in the past (though that didn't last very long). Hiro being a kid and going back to the Comics! I thought 10-year-old Hiro was just adorable. And it kinda gave Ando more of a role, than just being the equally confused sidekick.
Always, Jes
