she finally passed away this afternoon; according to Anne she was ready- all the family was there, and ready to say goodbye: and yesterday was Steve's birthday:(

'takes loss poorly: thanks, I'll remember that. the funeral was yesterday: very moving- she was greatly loved and had lots of friends; I definitely felt her kind presence. Steve and family seemed to be holding up well- sad but accepting: it was no surprise to lose her, after two years of fighting cancer. I forgot: YOUR birthday is around this time, too! have I missed it? please let me know:) would've called sat.nite, but misplaced your digits: please forward them- unless of course you want me to leave you alone;)
