Bad storm came through last night
There was a horrible storm that came through last night. I came over to turn off the computers at our house and to tell chad that they were talking about 75 mph winds. He goes okay and went back to sleep. Well by the time I got back about 5 minutes later the power was out. I wanted to go get him because mom and I were sitting on the deck watching the storm move in. It was so quiet out and then all the sudden you could hear wind coming from the south towards rosedale. It just kept getting louder and louder and I told mom maybe I should go get Chad. She goes no don't do that because it's probably nothing. I was getting ready to light up a cig and all the sudden it got even louder. I said mom this is scaring the shit out of me and ran inside, she stayed out there for bout a minute and it got even louder. It still wasn't windy out though, and then all the sudden you could hear it right over the house and it was really loud but still now wind. That was the scary part of it. Then all the sudden there was a huge gust of wind and mom said that it was trying to open up the door and her bathroom window was open which means that the bathroom was soaked. After it was done we went outside to find that dad's big blue spruce tree was uprooted into the road :( We have that for the longest time and it sucks now that it is gone.
This was the tree that I was talking about. We didn't notice how big it was till it was gone.

The strom wasn't all that bad, it was just scary to be in something like that. What sucks the most is that this is only the begining of it and it's hard telling what's in store for us this summer. Hopefully nothing. Well I need to get going I need to work on my homework. Thought I would share this with everyone.
