Secondly. I love The Strokes, they put up a DAMN fierce good show. (In Toronto) they opened with "Heart in a Cage" and I bet my friend Laura that that was the song they were going to open with. So I was tres glad. They also played a lot of Is This It?, and lots of Room On Fire, but they also played wicked songs off the new one, like You Only Live Once, Ize Of the World, and Ask Me Anything.
It was a good variation. "Our songs" (Hard to Explain (Laura's.) and Reptilia (Mine)) was played, which was awesome. Damnit that show was good.
The most serene republic opened for them- they were good also, but obviously put next to The Strokes they kinda sucked ass.
Arnie left here today, he is in Ottawa and will be in Thunder Bay tomorrow. I hope the people there will appreciate him. I miss him allready.
