Calories...

*sighs* In light that I wasn't supposed to eat anything today, I did terrible. Thanks a lot dad. *growls*

Breakfast- Cup of coffee with creamer and splenda= 20 cals
Lunch- 1 country fried steak= 250 cals
1 small piece of corn bread with a little butter= 100
green beans= 30 cals
half a baked potatoe with a little butter= 50
Supper- A chicken sandwich= 220
Tons of chips= 300
2 rice cakes= 120

TOTAL= 1090
I am in tears as I write this.
I can't believe I did so horrible. Wow.
An it's not just the calories...it's the amount I ate.
I am making a plan for tomorrow and I am sticking to it. If I make a plan, I won't fall like this.

Breakfast: Coffee= 20-80 cals (depends on how many cups I have)
Lunch: Small salad with a few baby carrots and lite italian dressing= about 100
Supper: a piece of toast and tomato soup= 120

That's about 300! And I'm going to work my ass off to get those cals gone.
