summer update
hmm.. my life as of recent:
florida was awesome. one huge party + amazing beaches. i'm totally moving there for a year or something.
i am single, as of like the day i came back from miami. almost two weeks ago. and i'm honestly not sad. like really a lot less upset than i expected. it might have to do with me going out every night since then with a ton of fun people. and one person in particular. hm.
our family has a new (used) car. a 2003 toyota highlander. it's blue and it drives like a little car. and i love it alot alot alot.
i've been running too. i never used to run. i hated it. but i'm trying to get back into exercising cuz i haven't done much since i've been home from school. the gym at school was like a 5 minute walk from the dorm. the gym here is a 15 minute drive, which i can't be bothered to do. hence the running. much more convenient.
also... got two jobs and an internship. interning at the national marfan foundation, which is headquartered in my town. it's a good internship for my major (psych), has a lot to do with social work, and it's pretty interesting so i'm glad. i'm also working at port jewelers once a week as an assistant, which means i do everything my boss can't be bothered to do. and i'm also working at the bakery for the fourth year. i seriously love it there. everyone is so crazy and entertaining.
so summer is pretty sweet so far. i'm genuinely happy with how things are turning out.
