(no subject)
My grandpa had a stroke last night, so I was going to leave for Vegas either last night, or today. I called my boss and left a message to tell him that I couldn't work [mind you, I haven't had a day off in over a week] today, because I would be gone. I received a message from him this afternoon stating that I have to come into work. I phoned him back, and he told me that if I left, he would have to see a note from the doctor saying that my grandpa did indeed have a stroke. What an idiot. He also told me that since I said I was going to work [I didn't--he told me I was] today, I was going to have to work, because he's trying to run a business, and yadda yadda. I told my mum what happened, and she's calling him to tell him off. He won't listen to me if I do. BLEGH. I think I'm quitting this week.
