note to self: when the BOM warns that there will be severe thunderstorms and flash flooding, DO NOT WEAR THONGS YOU IDIOT.
ugh. and if you missed it, i hurt the sole of my foot a couple of days ago (photos in previous post). so yeah, my feet were completely soaked, it wasn't fun!
i got home ridiculously late because all three train lines i could catch were suspended due to storm damage.

and spelling peeve: it's LIGHTNING. not lightening. LIGHTNING. light*e*ning means something else completely for crying out loud.
