-the day i found out i got into bing, it was after school and i was in dr. fig's room, idk if i realized how perfect it was that i found out there at the time...but it's definitely significant in hindsight.
-senior banquet-it was one of those unexpected amazing times...like, i didn't even buy my dress til THAT afternoon...the experience was a lot more than i expected or anticipated :)
-June26,2005-HS graduation, wow
-Sept.21st-the day before my birthday...significant for reasons i can't write in an lj ;P
-Sept.22nd-my 18th birthday...was amazing
-Oct.14th-Tamara came to visit Bing...enough said.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Getting myself to Binghamton, every step that i took to get myself there...getting in, the arguments, graduating, etc. Just because it's expected and common at this point, i'm not going to belittle it...was definitely my biggest accomplishment of the year.

9. What was your biggest failure? probably betraying a guy who means a lot and has done a great deal for me (no, i didn't cheat on anyone.)

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? hmm...i'm a freshman, living in dorms in binghamton, i'm constantly sick.

11. What was the best thing you bought? this one is taking me awhile...I really don't know...I guess my laptop, it's brought me great joy

12. Whose behavior merited celebration? hmm...maybe i don't give people enough credit...b/c i'm really unable to think of anyone :\ EDIT: aaand i've thought of someone...adam...idk if i could have done what he did...took me out in bing, introduced me to all his friends, let me befriend them...it's simple but idk if i could have done it, i really don't.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled? let's not go there.

14. Where did most of your money go? alcohol. (not an understatement at all.)

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Binghamton...and i wasn't disappointed

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? happier, without a doubt
b) Skinner or fatter? hmm...around the same
c) richer or poorer? at this point it doesn't matter

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? hmm...the first half the year and the second half were COMPLETELY different...and i think the things that i wished i'd done more of during the first half i made up for during the second half.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of? holding on to impossibilities

20. Did you fall in love in 2005? yes, and i'm not even going to try to talk myself out of it...

27. What did you want and not get? car :(

28. What was your favorite film of this year? Finding Neverland, good times :P

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I was 18. My brother took me out to dinner..along with a bunch of his friends and a bunch of mine, it was absolutely wonderful. Later, I did what we do on every Thursday night...played beer pong at one of my favorite places, The Sports Bar...took down numerous shots paid for by friends :) ...and got my first birthday kiss :-* ...later my drunkeness got me in trouble in the form of blabbing to the wrong person, but that was after midnight so it doesn't really count as my birthday anymore lol

30.What's one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? satisfying is usually the after-taste right? ...if i'm right, then nothing, i'm very happy with how things ended and overall satisfaction has nothing to do with the way something starts right? just how it ends.

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? even my wardrobe changed from the first half to the second half...1st: clothes to go to hs in, got more preppy during senior yr, 2nd: clothes to go to classes= basically sweats and stuff, clothes to go out in yay...which means i pretty much have no use for most of the clothes i wore to school in hs

36. Who were the best new people you met? umm...there's way too many. Many of the people on my floor, many of my brother's friends who've adopted me into the world of Bing, in the past 6months i've made some of the closest friends i've ever made and it has been such a short time, i love them.

37. What do you look forward to in 2006? So much...the second half of freshman year, this Saturday (DNA woo) should be a good time, first half of sophomore year, and although i asked for stability...i know it isn't going to happen any time soon, which is mostly a good thing and extremely exciting :D

38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005: oh lord, probably that my mom was wrong when she would tell me, from around the age of 5: "Never listen to older brother" lol...BUT i don't regret anything that I've done...becase that is how i learned this valuable lesson :)
